Equip your team for the credentials your business runs on. Firm Plan is reassignable per-seat licensing across CFA, CPA, CFP, FRM, CAIA, FINRA Series, IRS Enrolled Agent, IMA CMA, and the SOA and CAS actuarial exams, with one contract for the entire credentialing pipeline. Pricing starts at $69 per seat per year.

What is included

Reassignable per-seat licenses: release a seat when a candidate passes or leaves and assign it to the next person. No prorating, no per-seat refunds.
Full Fellow access per seat: timed mock exams, spaced-repetition flashcards, performance analytics, AI essay grading, and a personalized study plan.
Single sign-on with Google, Okta, and Microsoft on Business and Enterprise tiers; SCIM roster sync on Enterprise.
Cohort dashboards and invoice billing, with a single receipt for the full amount (many firms reimburse exam prep costs).

Seat tiers

Minimum five seats. Team covers 5 to 49 seats, Business covers 50 to 249, and Enterprise covers 250 and up. Most firms standardize on one credential family and add others as the program grows; a multi-credential add-on is $40 per seat per year per additional family.

The candidate experience stays free

The entire question bank, the worked solutions, and the lessons are free for every candidate, with or without a firm license. Firm Plan adds the Fellow exam-readiness toolkit on top. To set up a plan, write jeff@freefellow.org.
