From 38 seats, 50 Business seats ($5,950 a year) cost less than buying Team seats ($6,042 for 38).

Tell Jeff what you need and he sends a price and the order form. Sign it and send it back; it becomes a contract when FreeFellow LLC countersigns. Billing is one annual Stripe invoice in US dollars to a US address on NET 30 terms (NET 60 only on a confirmed Enterprise quote). A W-9 is available on request.
SSO is unavailable. Existing personal subscriptions are not cancelled automatically when a firm seat is claimed.

Individual plans usually fit better. Employees can expense them with the receipt if your reimbursement policy allows, and the question bank, worked solutions, written lessons, mixed practice and readiness score stay free.
Claiming a seat doesn't cancel it or trigger a refund. The candidate keeps their account and can turn off renewal in their plan settings. Ask Jeff if a billing adjustment seems fair.
A seat belongs to the organization for its annual term. When a candidate passes or leaves, their seat can go to the next candidate for the rest of the term. Reassignment does not restart the term. Released or expired seat access ends; the candidate keeps their account, free study tools and any independent paid access. Seats are not prorated or refunded individually.
The admin dashboard (invitations, seat changes and cohort reporting) is being updated. Ask Jeff which parts are live before you sign.
Yes. The order renews every twelve months unless either side cancels before the renewal invoice goes out, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the term. Ask Jeff about the renewal price before you sign.
You can ask. Paid seats are separate from the free university partner program. Tell Jeff the credential, the seat count and who needs to see progress; nothing is set up until an order is confirmed.
Ask Jeff. The standard order is annual and renews, and a one-time funded term isn't a standard option yet, so get terms in writing before announcing anything to members.
Tick the sponsor-only box in the form. Paying for seats doesn't by itself give anyone access to study records, but a sponsor-only setup needs Jeff's review before it can be offered.
You can ask. A standard seat covers one credential family for a year. Reselling, bundling or seeing student reports would need separate written terms.
SSO is not available. Candidates use normal FreeFellow accounts. If your organization requires SSO, include that requirement before placing an order.
